We are currently looking for volunteers to help out at emc2024. Could this be you?

In order to be eligible to volunteer, you must be able to commit to the whole Congress.

Volunteering tasks may include (but are not limited to): 

• Guiding guests to the right location 
• Helping to unpack and tidy areas 
• Counting attendees in and out of sessions 
• Providing admin support 
• Manning the helpdesk or information points 
• Liaising between different teams
• But most importantly - being a friendly person to welcome guests to emc2024

What you will get in return:

• Free registration
• Your duties will be scheduled around the sessions you are most interested in so you won't miss the talks you are most excited to see!
• Attendance at the drinks receptions

Please note:  
Volunteers must make and pay for their own travel arrangements. The Gala Dinner is not included, but can be purchased separately.
